Anyway, just to start it off with, all you have to do is to visit where the authority when it comes to providing job vacancies are and that is to see POEA job openings at their office. If you ask me how to get there, simple, all you have to do is to find the EDSA corner Ortigas Avenue and you will see the biggest office right where I said it is... in the corner of EDSA Ortigas with label "POEA".
My told me about his experience and I must admit he did have a hard time finding a good job first but once you see one, all you have to do is to apply and for sure, the employers there are all legitimate plus agencies hiring for the position you like are duly licensed, accredited and allowed to recruit manpower for work abroad.
